boAt delivers 38% PAT Growth in FY26; strengthens balance sheet and builds new growth engines

    boAt has showcased impressive performance in FY26, highlighted by a 38% increase in Profit After Tax, reaching INR 84.5 crore, and an enhanced ROCE of 15.2%. The company bolstered its financial standing with INR 397 crore in cash reserves and eliminated all bank debt. Strategic initiatives include profitable operations in their Wearables division and expansion into untapped international markets and adjacent consumer technology sectors.

boAt, one of India's leading consumer lifestyle technology brands, today announced its financial results for FY26, delivering a significant improvement in profitability, capital efficiency and balance-sheet strength despite a challenging external operating environment.

Profit Before Tax increased 53 per cent to INR 114.3 crore from INR 74.7 crore, while Profit After Tax increased 38 per cent to INR 84.5 crore from INR 61.1 crore.
The improvement was also reflected in capital efficiency, with ROCE increasing from 11.5 per cent in FY25 to 15.2 per cent in FY26, an improvement of 370 basis points. Whereas, revenue from operations stands at INR 2,931 crores.
