Since Sheela Foam picked up a 35% stake in Furlenco, the furniture rental company’s revenue from operations has grown 2.6X in two years, rising from Rs 140 crore in FY24 to Rs 370 crore in FY26. Furlenco has also remained profitable, posting a profit of around Rs 60 crore in FY26.
The Bengaluru-based company’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 370.43 crore in FY26 from Rs 228.74 crore in FY25, according to its consolidated financial statements reviewed by Entrackr.
Furlenco provides furniture and home decor for rent along with relocation services. Income from furniture rental services accounted for 92% of the operating revneue which increased 64% to Rs 341.07 crore. While the sale sale of products grew 38% to Rs 29.36 crore in the said period.
Furlenco also reported Rs 4.99 crore in other income, taking its total income to Rs 375.42 crore in FY26 from Rs 240.05 crore in FY25.
On the cost front, depreciation and finance costs rose sharply by 57.5% and 75.6%, respectively. Employee expenses increased 17.1% to Rs 36.18 crore, while material costs nearly 3X jumped to Rs 27.01 crore during the previous fiscal year ended March 2026.
